🤓 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The position of Global Communication & Marketing Manager reports to Global MarCom & Brand Director. The position’s main objective is to optimize all the MEDSIR stakeholders relations, increase company reputation and untimely, maximize company profits, through communications and marketing strategies and action plans.

🚀 ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. ·Create, define, implement and execute the company’s Corporate Communications strategy and Marketing Plan.
2. ·Manage the company’s external relations with main stakeholders, including Media, Health Care organizations, Strategic partners.
3. ·Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives measuring impact in Business.
4. ·Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
5. ·Define and coordinate all communications to specialized, general and new media.
6. ·Oversee the company’s external communications and marketing budget.
7. ·Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
8. ·Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, measuring results.
9. ·Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity aligned with the Brand Manager.
10. ·Review the final content of the communications proposals before delivery. 
11. ·Give corporate presentations about MEDSIR on an international level.
12. ·Lead Congress and launches Comms/MKT plans, attending presential main Congresses.
13. ·Collaborate on the creation of messages and content of MEDSIR social media and scientific networks.
14. ·Working closely with vendors and agencies partners.
15. ·MEDSIR’s webpage revision and management aligned with the Own Media and content Specialist.
16. ·Ensure that the digital products meet service MEDSIR’s quality terms.
17. ·Control the online global marketing strategy, inbound marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), SEM, SEO, email marketing, digital campaigns, etc.
18. ·Market research and analysis of the competition’s digital Marketing strategies.
19. ·Strategic Business Initiatives, customer and employee engagement goals.
20. ·Determine budget needs and considerations for dedicated plans.

💪 WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?

• ·A university degree in a related field. Communications/Marketing specialization course. Master’s degree preferred.
• ·Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships within MEDSIR, vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• ·Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ·Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• ·Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting.
• ·Knowledge of Health care media, own media network contacts in Spain/internationally would be desirable.
• ·Analytical skills to understand online user behavior.
• ·Excellent computer skills.
• ·Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• ·Portuguese command would be desirable but not mandatory.
• ·Highly committed to meeting quality and deadlines.
